Why do you go to college?

So, guys, I've got a question for you all. Why did/do you attend a college (if you did)? Staying away from the obvious "I wanna make more money" answer, I'm here because I want to find my niche; the thing I will enjoy making money by doing. Most people already have an idea of what they want to do, but I feel as if that feeling is more generalized for me. I love computers, and know for a fact that I want to do something involving them in some way. However, the branch of computing I want to do is still cloudy. Networking? Engineering? Peripherals? Too many choices.

So, why do YOU guys go to college? Or, for you other brave people, why did you choose NOT to go to college?

P.S., my mom already went to college, so no Napolean Dynamite references, please. :)

THE GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL.

Let me just start this post off with a massive WOW.

WOW.

The George Foreman grill is truly an item sent from above. As a college student, this perpetual hotplate has saved me more time than Microsoft Word. I cook 90% of my meals on it. The mere fact that I can clean it with one swipe of a wet rag is reason enough for me to replace my stove with this masterpiece. I'm in love with it. Chicken, burgers, steaks, hotdogs... anything you can cook on a real outdoor grill you can cook on this baby, and there's no worrying about propane, grill scraping, fires, or being cooked all the way through. Easily one of the best inventions of the 20th century.

So for all of you out there, invest in this. I give it my personal seal of approval.

Ah, RAGE!

So my classes start back up today. It's 3 AM and I currently am sitting here watching TV, pretty much procrastinating this massive chemistry assignment sitting on my lap. Chemistry is HELL. Essentially, I have to do all this math work (and I already have a math class) while simultaneously retaining all this knowledge for the Wednesday chemistry labs. Ick.

What I plan on doing the rest of the night is as follows:

1. Make chicken nuggets.
2. Make some kool-aid (YESSSSSSS)
3. Watch my seasons of MXC.
4. Do a chemistry problem every 10 minutes.

This should work out pretty well. I'll have all my chemistry work done by wednesday for sure! Wish me luck on this next chemistry lab... it's going to be a killer.

Well, college life.

College. The ultimate goal of every child, adolescent, and even adult. The supreme way to become who you want to be. A decision that will forever change your life; whether it be by making you extremely successful, or leaving you in debt for the rest of your life, you will leave college as a changed person.

I started 2 weeks ago. It's really insane, and my schedule is ridiculous. I plan on blogging some of the more serious/fun/heart-wrenching tales.

Stay tuned. :)
